Cobra Venom Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 5–10 business days within the United States.
Express & Expedited Shipping Express and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. All express shipping costs are fully at the customer's expense. Cobra Venom does not subsidize, reimburse, or cover any portion of express or expedited shipping charges. By selecting an express option at checkout, the customer accepts full responsibility for the associated carrier fees.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Shipping Delays Cobra Venom is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cobra Venom does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping fees under any circumstances. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Cobra Venom reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Once a return is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed per our Refund Policy.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International availability may vary. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
